General information

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. In addition, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan, and that any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oakland County in the State of Michigan. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the terms and conditions to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the site or the terms and conditions must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
